About us
Success Home is run by Bithoms Support Services Limited.
Our first home is success home located in Gillingham Kent. We intend to open further homes in the London Borough of Bromley and Greenwich.
Success Home is a private residential Children home for Children and Young people experiencing Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties and related needs, ranging from age 8 to 17 years old. We aspire to provide a high-quality care and life enhancing service for children placed in our care.
Success Home is Ofsted registered.
We strive to provide high-quality care, guidance, and support that emphasises the significance of decision making and decision ownership.
Success Home offers a nurturing residential placement to children and young people who may, as a result of past traumatic experiences, exhibit social, emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties.
Children are supported in addressing their feelings and emotions in a safe, contained manner through the use of a caring, holistic approach and direct work.
Our services are tailored to meet the needs of the unique children and young people we work with.
Our goal
Our goal is for each child or young person to achieve positive outcomes in their personal, social, and educational development. Staff members at Success House will collaborate closely with children and young persons, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
Our Core Value
In order to meet the emotional, physical, medical, social, and educational requirements of each child or young person entrusted to our care, we develop an individualised plan for them.
Many of our children and young people have experienced a dysfunctional family life, which affects their confidence, trust, and sense of self-worth, leaving them open to a cycle of rejections and exploitation. Thus, our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment that, whenever possible, duplicates the sense of belonging and being values by a family or community.
Service users are encouraged to engage in activities that may lead to gaining new skills, qualifications, employment or pursuing their interests or hobbies.
By adopting a "good parenting" philosophy, we help the children and youth in our care to progress, achieve their goals, and prepare for the future.
We strongly believe and actively pursue that every child should be given the same opportunities.
Access to vast and varied activities specifically developed and supported, encourage young people to access their local and wider community.
We also develop tailored independence programs to teach a variety of personal, social and independence skills that will allow young people to grow, take control of their futures.
We accept emergency placement, provided that the initial assessment demonstrates that the location is appropriate and that the staff team is able to meet the requirements of the young people.
